What do you need from me to start?
A link to the store you want us to rebuild, your logo, and your product images and descriptions. If you do not have products ready yet, we can build the store with placeholder items and you can add yours later.
Do I need to buy a theme as well?
No. The package includes everything needed to build the store. If you already bought a theme from us, tell us and we will use it.
Will it look exactly like the demo I send?
The layout and structure will match closely. We do not copy a brand's logo, photos or written content, as that belongs to them. Everything on your store will be your own branding on a similar design.
What counts as a revision?
Changes to what was agreed at the start, such as colours, spacing, section order or text. Adding new pages or new features beyond the package is quoted separately.
Do I pay for Shopify separately?
Yes. Shopify charges its own monthly fee and that is paid directly to them. Our fee covers the build only.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us what is wrong and we fix it within your revision rounds. We have delivered over 2,600 orders and we do not consider a job finished until you are happy with it.
