Digital Products
- Once a digital product (Shopify theme, WordPress theme, template kit, or custom script) has been delivered to the customer, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds are only possible if a customer accidentally makes duplicate payment. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded.
- If a wrong theme name is submitted in the purchase form, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Services
TikTok Ad Account: Refund can only be requested before the group with agent is created. Once the group is made, the service fee of 5000 PKR is non-refundable.

Winning Product Service: If the product has already been delivered, no refund will be provided.

Store Designing: No refund is applicable once the service has started.
How to Claim a Refund?
Refund requests must be sent via email to contactfacticied@gmail.com.
You must include:
- Payment screenshot (with clear bank/payment details).

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days.
