Refund Policy

At FACTICIED (https://www.facticied.com/), we aim to provide quality digital products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

Digital Products

  • Once a digital product (Shopify theme, WordPress theme, template kit, or custom script) has been delivered to the customer, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds are only possible if a customer accidentally makes duplicate payment. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • If a wrong theme name is submitted in the purchase form, no refund or replacement will be provided.


Services

  • TikTok Ad Account: Refund can only be requested before the group with agent is created. Once the group is made, the service fee of 5000 PKR is non-refundable.

  • Winning Product Service: If the product has already been delivered, no refund will be provided.

  • Store Designing: No refund is applicable once the service has started.


How to Claim a Refund?

Refund requests must be sent via email to contactfacticied@gmail.com.
You must include:
  1. Payment screenshot (with clear bank/payment details).
  2. Reason for requesting the refund.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days.
