By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a digital theme file on your own store. You are not buying ownership of the theme or the right to resell it.
- You may use the theme on your own store
- You may customise it however you like
- You may keep using it for as long as you want — there is no expiry and no recurring fee
- You may not resell, redistribute or share the file with others
- You may not claim the theme as your own product
Delivery
Themes are delivered to the WhatsApp number you provide on the order form, usually within minutes of payment. Write the number carefully, with your country code — a wrong number is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery.
If you have not heard from us within an hour, message us. Do not assume the order failed.
Payment
Prices are shown on each product. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Bank transfer can be arranged on request — ask us before you order.
All prices are for a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and no hidden charge.
Support
Free installation help is included with every theme, over WhatsApp. Support covers getting the theme installed and working. It does not include custom development, building new features, or ongoing store management — those are separate services we are happy to quote for.
Refunds
Digital products cannot be refunded once delivered. The full detail is on our refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Third party demos
Demo links on this site may point to stores hosted elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A demo may occasionally be offline for reasons outside our control.
Limits
We take care that every file works as described. We cannot be held responsible for losses arising from how you use a theme, from changes made by Shopify or WordPress, or from third party apps you install alongside it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your order is the one that applies to it.
